Speech Language Pathologist - SW Valley

We are hiring for a dedicated

• Speech Therapist (Pathologist)
• to join our home based provider team! Seeking coverage 15-20 hours per week direct service to take over caseload for current SLP, who is moving out of state.

We are able and willing to hire and train multiple individuals to cover these needs.

As a valued team member, you will deliver evaluation and treatment services to children ages three and up with diagnosed developmental delays. The ideal candidate is an organized, passionate, self-motivated professional who can work independently to fulfill their job duties and collaborate with other providers to help the children and families they serve SHINE.

• Flexible scheduling; current schedule is ready to go though if desired to keep schedule pervious clinician had!

• Details

Sunshine Therapy Services provides a full range of developmental therapy services, encompassing consultation, diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment for children from birth to 21 years of age, in their school and in-home settings. Established in 2001, our organization has expanded to include a diverse team of professionals, each possessing pediatric expertise in clinical services. Services are offered throughout the valley and are accessible via medical insurance, private funding, the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP), and the Arizona Department of Economic Security's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Services are provided in-person. We seek coverage for current caseload in Laveen and Glendale. Zip codes of current caseload are : 85339 (Laveen), 85301, 85302, 85304 and 85307 (Glendale). Current treating clinician is moving out of state.

• Current AZ SLP License
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR Certification
• Transportation; ability to provide in-person services
• Expected hours per week for current caseload
• : 17 / 18 ; can increase if desired
• Pay : Based on experience, range is $75-88 per hour
