What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the location.

Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, noting any unusual or suspicious behavior.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor and employee entry as required by site protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to uphold a secure environment in a technology-focused workplace.

Remain alert to changes in the environment or potential security-related risks, promptly reporting concerns to the appropriate parties.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
