Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the venue.
• Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment for staff.
• Interview hire train and orient new team members.
• Ensure the quality of all food and beverage products served.
• Evaluate and oversee job performance.
• Prepare departmental schedules.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work environments for employees and guests.
• Manage inventory order supplies and maintain par stocks.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws company policies and federal regulations.
• Conduct group and individual training on policies procedures food and beverage choices equipment and service standards.
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Promote a fun friendly and safe environment.
