We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America's leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, sunrooms, and shade structures. We have jobs in and around Cherry Hill, NJ north to Bordentown, east to Pemberton Twp., south to Shamong, west to Pennsauken, and everywhere in between, including Mt. Laurel, Marlton, Moorestown, Medford, Mount Holly, Collingswood, Chesterfield, Haddonfield, Voorhees, Burlington, Lumberton and Sicklerville. We seek construction professionals with established carpentry expertise to work on our residential building & remodeling projects. You will primarily be responsible for delivering the finished product to the satisfaction of the contract specifications, customer expectations, building officials, and the Archadeck franchise. Previous carpentry experience with residential projects is required, as are strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic and the ability to follow our documented processes.
We pay our sub-contract carpenters by the job, and our pay is based on $40-$50 per man-hour ($80-$100 per 2-man crew hour) depending on experience. We pay promptly and will pay you interim payments, based on your progress.
