Senior Cook Job Details :

Schedule :  6 : 00pm - 1 : 30am (Days vary)

Location :  Pineville, LA

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate :  $20.18 / hour + (based on experience)

Senior Cook Responsibilities :

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for lunch services.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking methods, including sautéing.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service in a front-facing cafeteria role.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hospital dietary guidelines.
• Assist in training or guiding junior kitchen staff when needed.
