A company is looking for a Complex Corrections & Suspense Operations Specialist to join their Retirement Plan Services business in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and direction on operational processes related to participant transactions, contributions, and trade activities
Analyze data trends and recurring errors, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
Review and interpret legal documents, including QDROs, ensuring proper execution and compliance
Required Qualifications
4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
1-3+ Years of experience in retirement plan administration relevant to the position's responsibilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
