This role provides a strategic opportunity to shape the architecture and evolution of enterprise IT systems, with a focus on SaaS platforms and AI-driven capabilities. The Enterprise Applications Architect will drive the design, integration, and optimization of scalable and secure technology solutions, aligning IT strategy with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable intelligent automation, streamline enterprise workflows, and ensure systems are future-ready. The role combines technical leadership with business insight, offering the chance to influence key initiatives across multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
Accountabilities :
- Define and maintain the architecture for enterprise SaaS and custom applications to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
- Lead integration initiatives across CRM, ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems, ensuring robust identity, access, and data governance.
- Enable AI readiness by embedding intelligent automation, analytics, and decision intelligence into enterprise workflows.
- Consolidate and rationalize enterprise applications, replacing redundant tools with unified platforms or custom solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and documentation frameworks for development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, provide guidance to project teams, and ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal development teams, citizen developers, and data / AI teams to accelerate delivery and adoption of modern solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in SaaS platforms and large-scale IT environments.Proficiency in enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Snowflake, and Microsoft 365 .Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts and their application within enterprise systems.Experience with low-code / no-code platforms and enabling citizen development.Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth , and enterprise integration frameworks.Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001 ) and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2 ).Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.Proven experience in application rationalization and custom solution development.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Benefits
