Are you looking to make a difference in people’s lives?

A growing healthcare team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in a nursing home located in Delmar, NY

Responsibilities :

Full scope of primary care / preventative care for our geriatric patients within a nursing home.

Requirements :

Valid NP / PA license in the state of NY
At least 1 year of experience working as an NP or PA
Primary Care experience- strongly preferred
Ok with nursing home setting
Great bedside manner

Benefits :

Outstanding salary ranging between $125,000-$155,000 annually!

No weekends / on call

Full benefits package
