Float Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Float Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in the Essex / Union County area. This full-time position offers a compensation range of $33-$45 annually based on experience. Additionally, there is an incentive of a student debt benefit program and an annual bonus plan. There is also a sign on bonus of up to $10,000.

Responsibilities
The Regional Support Position is a clinical float position which affords the selected staff member to report directly to the local Regional Director, will be part of the regional center manager team and will have a defined number of centers. The RSPT position will include a separate salary scale specific to the position and additional job duties and responsibilities.
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.Possesses training and education which allows him / her to assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out prescribed treatment program.Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.Additional :
