Salary: $100,000-$140,000 / year
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Parts, After-Sales, Assembly/Warehouse, Logistics & Inventory, and Order Processing departments.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish and track KPIs for each department, driving achievement of company goals.
- Supervise and optimize the use of ERP/WMS systems, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes, control costs, optimize inventory turnover, and enhance delivery performance.
- Handle operational emergencies and resolve issues promptly to ensure stability in the supply chain and order fulfillment.
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Build, train, and manage teams, fostering talent development and succession planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above
- Minimum of 5 years in operations management, with at least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid experience in managing Parts, After-Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Order Processing functions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret operational reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-department coordination skills.
- Proven experience in building, training, and managing teams.
- Results-oriented with strong accountability and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to unexpected issues.
- Familiarity with import/export and trade compliance is a plus (for cross-border operations).
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency
