SPECIFIC DUTIES :

• Grounds Maintenance.
• Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming, pruning, ground preparation, fertilizing, spraying, irrigation, seeding and landscaping.
• Maintain lawn equipment and maintenance records.
• Maintain general grounds cleanup and trash removal.
• Assist in general maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
• Maintain accurate work order requests.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance (working circumstances the exception).
• Assist in the maintenance of the swimming pool and supplies.
• Building Maintenance.
• Prepare cabins for group use.
• Dust down cob webs, sweep and mop floor and bathroom.
• Disinfect shower, toilet and sink, clean windows.
• Restock all paper products.
• Empty all trash and replace trashcan liner.
• Vacuum rooms where carpet is present.
• Replace any burned out light bulbs.
• Clean all other buildings as requires in support of scheduled programming or rental group use.
• Assist the Operations Manager in any duties as requested in order to maintain a consistently high level of efficiency in the operation of the camp program.
