Your Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to obtain diagnostic images for medical examination
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics
  • Ensure patient positioning is optimal for imaging and equipment calibration
  • Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols for patients and staff
  • Keep thorough records, including imaging logs and regular equipment maintenance
  • Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
  • Uphold an organized and efficient imaging environment conducive to both patient comfort and team workflow

What You Need to Succeed

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
  • Graduation from a program accredited in radiologic technology
  • Certifications Required

  • ARRT certification in CT and / or Radiography is a must
  • Current CPR / BLS certification or willingness to secure it within 90 days of hire
  • Desired Skills

  • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
  • Able to thrive in fast-moving environments and readily adapt to changes
  • Detail-oriented with high accountability for quality work
  • Comfort with technological applications including PACS, RIS, and imaging software
