Warehouse Team Member

As a warehouse team member, you'll build a range of skills and play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores, customers, and communities receive the products they need. You will be expected to consistently perform your tasks efficiently and work with others as part of a team. In addition, all team members are expected to follow safety regulations and procedures. Warehouse team members work in diverse departments, each contributing to our supply chain operations. These departments include building, shipping, and receiving.

Working conditions may include exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, as well as constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment. Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 70 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.
