Xylem is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee a division supporting the North America region. This senior leadership role carries full Profit & Loss responsibility of around 300-500M in revenue and is focused on driving commercial success, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Strategic Leadership

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities across North America.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies.
• Collaborate with global operating divisions to align business plans.
• Lead sales planning, budgeting, and target-setting processes.
• Recommend strategic partnerships and expansion opportunities.
