Position Overview :

Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Were looking for a bilingual (Spanish / English) Account Manager to join our State Farm agency team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, but candidates must reside locally and be available for occasional in-person meetings or training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing policyholders
• Assist with sales of insurance products including auto, home, life, and more
• Process policy changes, answer coverage questions, and follow up on leads
• Build relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction with their insurance needs
• Maintain accurate records and comply with State Farm and state regulations

Qualifications :

• Fluent in both Spanish and English required
• Must currently live in or near Frederick, MD.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude
• Prior insurance experience preferred but not required
