Exam Rooms; on-site PharmD; on-site Behavioral Medicine with 2 designated rooms; 4 Nurses Stations; Designated RN for Wellness Visits; Case Manager; and an on-site Lab for a collaborative team approach, plus after-hours Nurse Triage Service.
