Inova Children's Multispecialty Clinic - Pediatric Otolaryngologist (ENT)

Inova Health System in Fairfax, VA is looking to add a qualified surgeon to the rapidly expanding department of Pediatric Otolaryngology. This is a clinical position based at our Fairfax campus, home to both Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital and our new Pediatric Multispecialty Ambulatory Practice at Willow Oaks. The children's hospital is a 226-bed facility level 1 pediatric trauma center featuring a brand new 45-bed pediatric ER (opened December 2024), a 108-bed level 4 NICU, and a 48-bed PCICU / PICU. The clinic space at Willow Oaks was recently built and opened in 2023, and is home to over 20 pediatric specialties, with more specialties always being added. This role will be full-time. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Inova Fairfax Medical Center and Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital are teaching sites for the University of Virginia School of Medicine, along with multiple advance practice provider and nursing programs in the area. The position would include faculty membership as an associate professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Virginia. Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital is also home to its own pediatric residency program, along with several fellowships including hospitalist and emergency medicine. Finally, there is the opportunity to work with a rotating otolaryngology resident (PGY-3 to PGY-5) from Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
