Job descriptionDriving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor. Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority. Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high-performing and diverse team. Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility. Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team. Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently. Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards. Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems. A flexible schedule Growth and advancement opportunities A generous team member discount Monthly Incentive Program Opportunity to participate in our 401(K) Plan Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available for FT positions Paid Parental Leave Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently Flexible and adaptable Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing Must be able to work independently Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs

The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.
