Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across field teams, project management, estimating, procurement, and safety.
• Translate company strategy into actionable business plans and measurable results.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Mentor and develop department leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with the President and executive team to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
