Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the effort to develop, maintain, implement and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring customer, corporate and regulatory requirements are met. The Quality Assurance Manager will develop customer Quality standards and interfacing with the customer on a routine basis.

The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure Quality processes and controls are in place to comply with Product Category regulations.

The Quality Assurance Manager supports the Director of Crescent Way Service Quality Processes and Cross Functional Leaders and People aligning site Quality initiatives with corporate and customers goals.

The site Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for understanding, measuring, monitoring and reporting Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preparing trend analysis and summary of corrective / preventative actions addressing nonconformances. The Quality Assurance Manager will support the site's Continuous Improvement initiatives.
