Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a skilled and empathetic Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our team of imaging experts dedicated to delivering outstanding care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small part imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, delivering clear and compassionate explanations throughout
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality images are produced
• Utilize and uphold imaging equipment effectively, addressing any malfunctions as they arise
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• Preferred BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
