About the Role

Were looking for a Marketing Lead who is both a strategist and a doer - someone who can design smart campaigns, create engaging content, and execute marketing plans that elevate our brand and mission. Youll directly execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, and community channels in close collaboration with our executive leadership and internal teams. As the companys primary marketing lead, youll help tell our story, strengthen partner relationships, and expand our reach in the IDD, human services, and behavioral / mental health communities.

Part of this role involves identifying and contracting with IDD-owned or IDD-supportive creative designers and contractors, which supports our mission of empowering the communities we serve through meaningful employment experiences and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Execute the annual marketing plan that drives engagement, referrals, and brand visibility in alignment with company growth goals.
• Manage Neighborhood LTCs digital presence - including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), email marketing, and website.
• Create and distribute newsletters, campaigns, and announcements through HubSpot (or similar platforms).
• Develop and maintain a content calendar that reflects organizational priorities and initiatives.
