Dignity Health Medical Group – Stockton , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. If you’re eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!

Practice alongside esteemed CT surgeons

Aligned with 3-star STS Cardiac program (CABG, AVR)

Designated STEMI Center (affiliate hospital)

Certified Primary Stroke Center (Joint Commission)

Competitive Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive 2yr salary guarantee period, plus excellent earning potential through productivity-based incentives

Salary range : $698,880 - $948,480 / yr

Qualifications

Comfortable performing both cardiac and thoracic procedures

Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

A valid and unrestricted California medical license
