Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations and workflow of the Molecular Biology section

Provide technical supervision, including assay troubleshooting and validation

Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory requirements

Lead and train a team of clinical lab professionals and technologists

Monitor quality control, proficiency testing, and equipment maintenance

Collaborate with lab directors and other department leaders on innovation and efficiency

Contribute to process improvement and new test implementation
