Healthcare Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage onboarding projects for new customers and upgrades for existing ones

Act as the key technical stakeholder, facilitating architecture discussions and overseeing implementation processes

Build strong relationships with customer technical teams and optimize solutions based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications

At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing or technical operations roles

Experience in Healthcare IT, particularly with Radiology IT systems

Proven ability to work with data and drive technical projects to completion

Structured thinking with a focus on optimizing technical setups
