About the Role : The Car Wash Attendant role is responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and professionalism our company upholds for its luxury electric vehicles. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and high standards to maintain our commitment to excellence. The Cleaning Coordinator ensures each vehicle reflects our commitment to excellence, creating a spotless, welcoming environment for every rider and enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Vehicle Cleaning and Maintenance
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of at least 6 vehicles per hour, ensuring they meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Biohazard experience is preferred!
• Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness standards before they are deployed for service.
• Handle light maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools as required.
• Assist with additional cleaning and detailing duties as needed, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Scheduling and Coordination
• Oversee and coordinate the vehicle cleaning schedule, adjusting as needed to ensure all vehicles are serviced on time.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding vehicle status and any delays.
• Operational Efficiency and Supplies Management
• When necessary, driving electric cars between parking lots and car wash stations safely and efficiently.
• Work efficiently in a high-paced environment to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or equipment issues to management promptly.
