Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst responsible for bridging business needs and technological solutions in healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure solutions meet needs and maintain agreement on project deliverables

Manage multiple priorities and relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Define project scope and contribute to project planning, collaborating with development teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field; graduate degree preferred

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or project management

Proficiency in project management methodologies and requirements management practices

Knowledge of multiple project methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
