Job Description

As a Security Professional - Dispatch Operations Specialist in Wilmington, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining clear communication, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible throughout the facility. Your focus on access control and customer service will contribute to a secure environment for all personnel. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
