Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a hands-on Data Center Technician with experience in data center operations to join our Trading Infrastructure (SysTrade) team. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, working with cutting-edge technology, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, wed love to hear from you.

In this role, youll play a critical part in building and maintaining the high-performance infrastructure that powers HRTs global trading operations. Youll be responsible for everything from racking and cabling to planning large-scale deploymentsensuring our colocations remain robust, efficient, and low-latency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document data center installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects
• Travel to regional and remote data centers to lead infrastructure projects and ongoing operational work
• Oversee and coordinate remote hands tasks
• Install and document racks, structured cabling, servers, switches, PDUs, and other hardware per HRTs regional and global standards
• Manage equipment inventory, forecast hardware needs, and coordinate logistics
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure infrastructure uptime and performance
