Webflow Developer

Tarkle is a startup studio founded in 2021, building innovative digital products and services for startups, agencies, and small businesses. We help teams launch faster and scale smarter through design and technology.

We’re seeking a Freelance Webflow Developer (junior-to-mid-level, 2–3 years of experience) to join our global creative network. This role offers complete schedule flexibility , remote work , and consistent paid projects. You’ll work on both Tarkle’s internal products and websites for startups and agencies around the world.

Tasks

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
• Use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
• Optimize sites for SEO , speed, and performance
• Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle’s dashboard
• Deliver projects within 48–72 hours , balancing quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
• Maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure

Developers who can collaborate during EU-CET or US-EST business hours will be prioritized, as our client and internal teams operate mainly within these time zones.
