Mandatory Skills :

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate.
• Dedicated C-Suite support for the TM's in our New York office.
• Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Perform user administration duties.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.
• Experience with networking systems and protocols.
• Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.
