Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Auburn, NY 13021 (Finger Lakes region) Facility : Community Hospital, 90 beds Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 7 / 2026) Shift : 07 : 00 AM – 05 : 30 PM, 10-hour days, 4 shifts / week Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week Estimated Weekly Pay : $2330 - $2500 On Call : Required Charting System : Paragon Surgical Equipment : Olympus and Stryker Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience Orthopedic surgery experience required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification at time of submission 6 CEUs in Stroke-related topics prior to start date Travel nursing experience preferred COVID-19 vaccine not required (proof or declination accepted) Flu vaccine or declination required (mask required if declining) Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, specializing in orthopedic procedures Maintain a 1 : 1 patient-to-nurse ratio during surgeries Operate Olympus and Stryker surgical equipment proficiently Accurately document patient care using the Paragon charting system Participate in scheduled on-call rotation Collaborate with surgical and perioperative healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards Discover the professional and personal rewards of travel nursing in Auburn, NY.
