- Standards of Practice : Guided by the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, you will employ the nursing process encompassing assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.\n
- Assessment : Collect pertinent data and information relevant to the patient's health situation.\n
- Diagnosis : Analyze assessment data to identify actual and potential health issues.\n
- Outcomes Identification : Determine expected outcomes for individualized patient care plans.\n
- Planning : Design and adjust care plans to achieve desired health outcomes.\n
- Implementation : Put the identified care plan into action.\n
- Coordination of Care : Oversee the delivery of care and manage transitions.\n

Must have current BCLS certification within one month of hire.\n\nExperience : \nPrevious RN experience is vital. All RNs are encouraged to advance through the SPIRE clinical advancement program.\n\nLicensure : \nCurrent RN license in Connecticut. Specialty certification is highly encouraged.\n\nPhysical Demands : \nThis role requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and involves physical, mental, and emotional challenges. There may be exposure to infectious diseases and situations involving end-of-life care.
