We have an opening for a Customer Care Coordinator at our Buffalo Grove or Mokena locations . This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home) , designed for individuals seeking a long-term career with growth potential. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll support order processing, vendor communication, reporting, and daily office operations while delivering excellent service to both customers and colleagues. Pay range : $17.00 - 20.00 / hr. based on experience

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, and skills.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in an incentive or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and / or business objectives.
