Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial and industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from the ground-up, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project development and execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
• Facilitate tenant improvements and renovations in commercial spaces.
• Oversee projects in various sectors including automotive, financial institutions, educational, warehouse, distribution, medical, manufacturing, healthcare, office, retail, and residential.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
