Customer Service Representative

Location : Addison, IL

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (onsite, 5 days a week)

Pay Rate : $28–$36 per hour

Duties :

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing from entry through delivery

Manage order status updates, coordinate with internal departments, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Maintain and update customer records within ERP or MRP systems

Generate and review reports in Excel to track orders, shipments, and customer communications

Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and scheduling

Provide exceptional service by handling escalations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining positive client relationships

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of customer service and order processing experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment

Strong background working in ERP / MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or Epicor

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
