Job descriptionExamine customer vehicles. Identify necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs. Estimate cost of repairs. Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and according to dealership guidelines. Investigate reports of vehicle issues. Documents services performed. Allocate, order, and receive parts for repairs Report Vehicle Status in weekly meeting-sessions with management. Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines. Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area. Participates in required training (manufacturer fundamental training and / or training provided by Checkered Flag). Meets and / or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests. High school diploma or equivalent 3-4 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred State Inspector’s License preferred Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years Sign-on bonus for qualified Technicians Retention Bonuses Flexible hours and a 30-hour guarantee State of the art, climate-regulated facilities Continued paid training opportunities – we pay for ASE’s & State Inspection Certification Medical, dental, vision coverage and more Company paid Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Match Paid Time Off, and a paid day to participate in local charity or volunteering events Employee and family discounts Professional development assistance
