Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Administrator in Litchfield, AZ for a long-term project. Qualified candidates will be helping with administrative and front office tasks.
Duties :
- Administrator for time tracking system
- Coordinate with Staffing Agencies for timecard approvals, recruitment and on-boarding
- Handles and prepares outgoing and incoming mail
- Ships and receives packages
- Processes correspondence, letters, forms, reports and various documents
- Issues purchase orders for material and subcontract labor
- Keeps customers and vendors informed of changes and status updates
- Maintains various filing systems
- Assists in project-specific employee on-boarding
- Maintains office supplies
- Ensures latest posters are displayed
- Assists with Tool Tracking (PIC’s keys, gas monitors, etc.)
- Organizes travel arrangements (hotels, flights)
- Assists with expense reports
- Issues drug screens for required random testing
- Helps resolve billing issues
- Helps IT resolve issues with any / all technology tickets
- Creates Service Reports in Excel
Compensation :
Hourly rate between $18 / hr - $26 / hrM / V / D benefitsQualifications :
