What it's like to be a Warehouse Replenisher

Warehouse Replenishers work Monday through Friday, starting as early as 4 : 00 AM and for approximately 7 hours each shift. Y ou will receive inbound shipments, use scanners to read barcodes, and keep pick slots filled. You will replenish flow racks, manage bulk storage, unload delivery trucks, and organize products for easy access during order processing. Comfort working in cold or freezer environments is crucial, as you'll frequently transition between varying temperatures. Additional tasks may be assigned to enhance your understanding of our distribution processes and to support warehouse efficiency and safety.

Essential Functions & Requirements :

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess effective teamwork and communication abilities.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willing to learn and adhere to supervisor instructions.
• Exhibit efficiency and flexibility in a warehouse setting.
• Must safely operate forklifts after completing training and obtaining authorization from Fabiano Brothers.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
• Capable of repeatedly stacking, moving, and sorting products over 50 lbs.
• Must be reliable and punctual for shifts.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled setting (usually between 60-64 degrees) with some exposure to outdoor conditions.
• Able to read and listen to work orders to locate items for moving, collecting, distributing, and shipping.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Complete other assigned tasks and attend meetings / training sessions.
• Meet all physical job requirements.
