• Patient Assessment : Continuously assess the physical and psychological condition of patients throughout their care journey. Document assessments accurately and share critical findings with relevant team members.\n
• Policy Adherence : Follow all hospital policies and procedures diligently.\n
• Staff Development : Act as a resource and role model for peers, contributing to staff training and education initiatives.\n
• Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional service, demonstrating respect, dignity, and professionalism towards patients and families.\n

• Responsibility : Arrive on time and prepared for your shifts, following established policies for attendance and time-off requests.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation : Graduate from an accredited nursing school is required.\n\nExperience : Preferred candidates will have experience in geriatric psychiatric care and previous hospital experience.\n\nLicensure : Current RI nursing license and BLS certification are required.
