Job descriptionAdminister and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Linux). Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba systems. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for server, network, and client systems, including on-call support as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, monitoring, space management, and security updates. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; document solutions and share knowledge. Implement hardware and software upgrades; support local operational applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and security requirements for infrastructure provisioning. Ensure compliance with architectural and security standards. Recommend and implement technologies to improve system performance and reliability. Coordinate with SCADA and Process Control teams to align on security and operational best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides; deliver training as needed. Support equipment relocation and installation across sites. Lead and manage infrastructure projects and special initiatives. 3+ years of experience in server and network administration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced knowledge of server and network protocols and services (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, firewalls, NAT, subnetting). Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking and wireless systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to document configurations and optimize network / server topologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $25.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly

- General networking knowledge and experience is good
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems & Network Administrator to support and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role involves advanced administration of Windows and Linux servers, network components, and virtualization platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical acumen and the ability to manage medium to large-scale projects independently.
