Claims Representative I (Health & Dental) - FEP

This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development.

This position will have on-site training for the first 10 weeks and will require you to be in the Columbus, GA office. You must have 100% attendance during the full 17 weeks of training.

Start date : 1 / 12 / 2026. Hours : 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM EST, Monday - Friday.

The Claims Representative I will be responsible for successfully completing the required basic training. Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues. Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery.

• Relies on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
• Work is reviewed for technical accuracy and soundness.
• Codes and processes claims forms for payment ensuring all information is supplied before eligible payments are made.
• Researches and analyzes claims issues.

Minimum Requirements : HS diploma or equivalent and related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
