BrightStar Care of Kingwood / Humble is seeking a Part-Time / PRN Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery in the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities :

Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care. Monitor and track changes in the client / patient's conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed. Proactively updates client / patients' family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns. In addition, IV infusion nurses should have experience with care, maintenance, and infusions via PICC, CVL, ML, peripheral IVs and Port-a-Caths. Strong skills with peripheral IV sticks preferred.
