We are seeking a Property Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with tenant inquiries and service requests
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors
• Maintain records of tenant communications and property activities
• Support rent collection, accounts payable processing, and financial reporting
• Assist in lease administration and documentation
• Contribute to marketing efforts for vacant spaces and support property tours
