Home Health RN Greenville, SC 13 Week Contract

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Registered Nurse for a home health contract in Greenville, South Carolina. This opportunity allows you to provide individualized patient care while enjoying a steady schedule in the field.

Assignment Overview :

Location : Greenville, SC

Setting : Home Health

Contract Length : 13 weeks, strong possibility of extension

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (40 hours per week)

Caseload : 46 points per day

Qualifications :

Active South Carolina RN license

BLS (AHA) certification

Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience

OASIS documentation proficiency required

HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred (formerly known as PointCare)
