A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global benefits strategy, including design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits
Oversee leave administration and serve as a liaison for employee leave matters
Administer HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
HR Certifications - SHRM-CP and / or PHR preferred
