Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Potsdam, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting, providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients.

Assignment Details :

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Night shift, 3x12s

Location : Potsdam, NY

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders.

Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosol medications.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Document patient information and treatment plans accurately.

Qualifications :

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Current New York State Respiratory Therapist license.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
