Equator Design is a global packaging design agency. We hire a Photographer to create high quality photographs for client brand images per client specifications.

Position Summary

Creates high quality photographs (digital & conventional) ensuring photo set is prepared and handled. Works under direction of client project team.

Job Responsibilities

Attends client meetings or interacts with clients as necessary.

Ensures high quality standards in all Photo Studio client deliverables.

Produces basic to intermediate level photographic artwork using industry standard cameras, software, tools.

Performs assigned tasks within Photo Studio workflow and budget.

Meets quality standards and recommends improvements in tools, processes.

Maintains quality consistency across photographic artwork, composing shots based on layouts, creative, and art direction.

Ensures proper lighting of products and provides accurate information to the Color team.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Photography or related field.

4+ years of photography experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Occasional travel locally, nationally, or internationally may be required.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.

Analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‑solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Basic mathematical understanding.

Ability to collaborate with peers, internal and external clients.

Work autonomously and in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.

Influence peers and management.

Self‑motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Physical Aspects / Work Environment

Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and see.

Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required : close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
