Position Overview :
We’re seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the friendly, organized, and reliable face of our client's new Alpharetta office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
You'll support not just the office but also help ensure a warm and smooth experience for clients, employees, and visiting C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally
- Manage incoming emails and general office inquiries
- Stock coffee and refreshments regularly
- Help coordinate office events and assist with logistics
- Tidy up after breakfast (Tuesdays) and fruit drop-offs (Thursdays)
- Empty dishwasher and maintain clean kitchen areas
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Collaborate with teams including marketing, R&D, pricing, and facilities
- Assist in sustainability efforts and general office organization
- Provide general administrative support across the corporate office
- Act as a point of contact for any onsite needs or escalations
