Medication Management : Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting dosages as needed while providing education on medication management to residents and their families.

Family Communication : Maintain open communication with family members to address concerns, provide updates on patients’ progress, and build trust and transparency.

Qualifications :

Current NP License : Possess a valid and current Nurse Practitioner license.

Master's Degree in Nursing : Hold a Master's degree in Nursing, demonstrating advanced knowledge and clinical skills.

Experience in Geriatrics : Prior experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting is preferred.
